If you want to use DE405 Planetary Ephemerides, download them from the JPL web site at
ftp://ssd.jpl.nasa.gov/pub/eph/export/ascii/
For example: the file ascp2000.405 covers the period from 2000 to 2020.
Copy the files for the period you need to the eph\DE405data directory under JAT.
